Columbia Climate Entrepreneurs Tour and Meet-Up

Join us in partnership with the Climate & Sustainability Alumni Network of the Columbia Climate School, the CU Alumni Club of Northern California and Columbia Venture Community - San Francisco for the launch of a climate tech event series for alumni at the fastest growing carbon removal company, Charm Industrial, for a tour of their Potrero Hill location.

The tour will be followed by a fireside chat on the importance of ensuring climate tech has a positive impact on nature and communities. Featured speakers include:

About the Hosts

The Climate & Sustainability Alumni Network of the Columbia Climate School comprises over 4,000 climate, environmental and sustainability professionals worldwide. It includes graduates of the Climate School as well as its partner programs, which include degrees offered and conferred by Columbia College, School of General Studies, the School of International and Public Affairs, and the School of Professional Studies, as well as the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.

The Columbia Alumni Global Sustainability Network (CAGSN) is an international, multidisciplinary community interested in creating a shared sustainable future. We welcome alumni from all of Columbia University’s schools and affiliates. Our goal is to foster an inclusive and open forum for diverse perspectives, impactful dialogue, and interdisciplinary collaboration. 

The Columbia University Alumni Club of Northern California (CUACNC) serves its alumni and affiliated organizations by connecting its alumni members through social, professional and entrepreneurship events across the Bay Area.

The Columbia Venture Community (CVC) has been one of the largest and most inclusive entrepreneurship-focused communities in the Columbia innovation ecosystem—serving nearly 6,000 members globally in 50+ countries. CVC aims to foster entrepreneurship among Columbia alumni, students and staff by facilitating communication, providing access to resources, and creating a vibrant and supportive community. To this end, we promote events in major cities around the globe, including happy hours, startup pitch events, incubation seminars, speaker panels, and more.
